Our blends, which are all marketed under the Contessa brand, have been developed by expert roasters and coffee tasters to produce an exclusive range of coffees which offer complexity, balance and unique flavour profiles.

Contessa is our own brand, it is unique to us. You will not find the brand or these exact products anywhere else.

Viennese

A mild, smooth and sweet blend of coffee blended with a small amount of fig. The fig enhances the sweetness of the blend and prevents the coffee stewing on a hotplate.

American

A blend of medium and dark roast coffees, with sweet caramel and fig notes throughout balanced by a roasty bitterness in the finish and a thick syrupy body.

Mountain

Blended from Central American Arabica coffees, a sharp, strong flavour blended to resemble Jamaican Blue Mountain. A good daytime coffee, satisfying and full of flavour. Adding milk develops the caramel and toffee notes.

Royal Kenyan

Sweet, nutty and acidic. A light, easy-going coffee, perfect for breakfast or all day drinking. Notes of hazelnut, peanut, passion fruit and citrus with a lasting floral aroma.

Colombian

Sourced from the famous Huila region of Colombia, this coffee is wonderfully bright and fruity, with notes of toffee apple and blackcurrant. This coffee has complex, juicy body with great sweetness throughout and subtle notes of dark chocolate in the finish.

Smooth, sweet and fruity with complex notes of almond, peach and passion fruit. Bright acidity and rich flavour at the front of the cup with a persistent sweet and syrupy finish.

A blend of Central American coffees with the caffeine extracted using a special water steaming process then high roasted, giving a strong, bitter sweet and continental taste.
